Patrick Antinozzi

Hi, I'm Patrick. I do marketing for independent financial advisors who are tired of renting their prospects.

I founded my first agency, RapidWebLaunch, in Toronto back in 2013. Thirteen years later, I've built websites and run SEO campaigns for businesses across 47 different industries in North America. Hundreds of portfolio projects. 94% client retention.

I've worked with roofers, dental practices, lawyers, therapists, two advisory firms (in Longview, TX and Denver, CO), custom manufacturers, restaurants, and just about every other type of small business you can think of. After 13 years of doing it all, I'm doubling down on one profession: independent financial advisors and RIA owners.

Why financial advisors?

Honestly? Because the economics are the best I have seen in 13 years, and the marketing most advisors get is some of the worst.

A new client with $500,000 under management at a 1% fee is $5,000 a year of recurring revenue. The median fee up to $1 million of assets is about 1% (Kitces Research), and RIAs keep 97% of their clients year over year (Schwab 2025 RIA Benchmarking Study). One good client relationship can be worth more than two years of my fee.

Yet the average advisor spent about $3,119 to acquire a new client, mostly in their own time (Kitces Research, reported by Financial Planning). The lead platforms charge per introduction or take a share of revenue for years. And the agencies? About 31% of SEO providers charge more than $2,000 a month, often with a compliance process that amounts to "hope the CCO doesn't notice."

I'm not interested in any of that. I want to do real work for real advisory firms, run every page past your compliance reviewer before it goes live, and get judged on the only metric that matters: qualified first meetings on your calendar.

How I work

One person does the work, and that person is me. No account manager passing your questions to a junior strategist. When you call, you get me. When your compliance officer has a question about a page, I answer it.
No long-term contracts. If I'm not earning my fee, you walk. No penalty, no awkward conversation about contract terms.
The math up front. Before you sign anything, I'll walk you through the real numbers: assets a typical new client brings, your fee, how long clients stay, and a realistic view of search demand in your metro. If the math doesn't work for your firm, I'll tell you.
Reporting that means something. Not "we got you 40 keywords on page 2." Calls, consultation requests, first meetings booked, and what Google and the AI tools say about your firm.
Compliance before publishing. Every page goes to your CCO or compliance consultant before it goes live. No performance claims, no "guaranteed," no testimonials without the disclosures the SEC Marketing Rule requires. The site is static HTML in git, so you always have a dated copy for your records.

The personal stuff

I'm originally from Montreal. I founded my first company in Toronto. My wife is from Ecuador. We live in Mexico now.

I like hockey and craft beer.

I run this business from my iPad. I work fast. I respond quickly. I don't hide behind processes or paperwork or polished sales decks.

If that sounds like a way of working you'd actually enjoy, let's talk.

Websites I've built for advisory firms

Through RapidWebLaunch I've built websites for Belonging Wealth Management in Longview, Texas, and Ash Wealth in Denver. This brand is new, so these are web design projects, not SEO results. The first advisor case study with numbers gets published only when a firm gives written permission and their compliance officer signs off.

This came out exactly the way I wanted, even given some additional tweaks I requested that I had failed to mention in our initial discussion. Would highly recommend.

A retirement planning firm led by CFP professionals. They needed a site that built confidence with clients planning for retirement, worked on any device, matched their brand, and carried over the content from their old site.
