Most advisor marketing agencies hide their pricing. We do not.

charge more than $2,000 a month

Try this experiment. Visit the top ten financial advisor marketing agency websites. See how many of them show you a number before you book a sales call. The answer is almost none.

That is not a coincidence. Most agencies hide their pricing because it lets them charge every firm a different amount based on what they think your assets under management can afford. We think that is a bad way to start a relationship.

Ahrefs asked 439 SEO providers what they charge. About 7 in 10 of those on monthly retainers charge $2,000 a month or less, and about 3 in 10 charge more (Ahrefs).

The price is rarely the real problem. It is what comes with it: a contract you cannot leave, a website the platform owns, reports nobody can read, and pages that went live without anyone asking your CCO.

Our pricing is simple. One flat $1,500 a month covers the website, the hosting, the SEO, AI search visibility, your Google Business Profile, compliance pre-approval of every page, call and form tracking, and a plain-English report. That number does not change whether you get 2 inquiries in a month or 20. No per-lead fees. No revenue share. No contract.

Why flat? Because a new client with $500,000 at a 1% fee is $5,000 a year for as long as they stay, and RIAs keep 97% of clients year over year (Schwab 2025 RIA Benchmarking Study). We would rather you keep that revenue than hand a share of it to a lead platform for five years.

What our financial advisor marketing services include

One price, everything included. No "starter tier" that is missing the parts that actually matter. No upsells six weeks in when you realize the basic package does not include content or compliance review.

Custom design

A custom site designed for your firm, built on your domain. Fast, mobile-optimized, written around who you serve and how you charge. Not a template.

Hosting & security

Premium hosting, SSL certificate, weekly backups, and 99.9% uptime. Handled. You never think about it.

Local SEO & GBP

Full Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, metro-area targeting, and a reputation strategy that only moves with your compliance sign-off.

On-page SEO

Title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, schema markup, and image optimization on every page.

Technical SEO

Site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, and crawlability. All the under-the-hood work Google cares about.

AI search visibility

Structured data, clear service and metro pages, and matching listings, so ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI can find you and recommend you. We check what they say about you every month.

Compliance pre-approval

Every page goes to your CCO or compliance consultant before it goes live. No performance claims, no "guaranteed," no testimonials without the required disclosures. Static HTML in git gives you a dated copy of every version for your books and records.

Monthly reporting

Plain-English reports showing rankings, AI mentions, traffic, inquiries, and the math. No vanity metrics. No hundred-page PDFs.

Call and form tracking

A tracking phone number and tracked consultation forms, so every inquiry your site brings in shows up in your monthly report.

Unlimited edits

Need to update a disclosure, add a service, or swap a photo? Send us a note. We turn it around in 72 hours or less.

What we do NOT do (and why)

Just to be clear.

Google Ads management

PPC for advisors is a specialty with its own compliance review and a completely different skill set than SEO. Finance and insurance search ads average $3.39 a click and about $74 a lead (LocaliQ 2026), and advisor keywords often cost more. If you need PPC, we can recommend people who do it right.

Social media

We do not manage your social media. If you want daily posts, reels, or a community manager answering LinkedIn comments, we are not the right fit. We focus on the channels that actually book first meetings for advisors: search, local search, and your website.

Lead platforms and cold outreach

We do not run cold email, cold calls, seminars, or your SmartAsset, Zoe, WiserAdvisor, or Datalign accounts. We are a digital marketing company. When a prospect in your metro searches for a fiduciary advisor, we make sure they find you, on a site you own rather than a profile you rent.

Guarantees

We do not guarantee a specific number of prospects, a ranking, or an AI mention. Nobody legitimately can, and in your industry a guarantee is a compliance problem in its own right. Inquiry volume depends on your metro, your niche, and how competitive local search is. What we promise is transparency: you see every call and form we bring in, every month. And there is no contract, so if it is not worth it to you, you cancel.

Frequently asked questions about our pricing

Straight answers to the things you actually want to know before spending a dollar.

How much does a financial advisor website cost?

With us, the website is part of the flat $1,500 a month: design, build, hosting, security, and compliance review, with no setup fee and nothing due until it is live. You own it. Many designers charge a one-time build fee instead and leave the SEO, updates, and compliance review to you.

Do you charge per lead?

No. One flat price: $1,500 a month. Every call and consultation request your website and Google listing bring in is yours, with no extra fee and no revenue share. We track them so you can see exactly what you are getting.

Why one flat price instead of pay-per-lead or revenue share?

So you can budget for marketing like a line item, with no surprise bill at the end of the month and no slice of a client’s fee leaving your firm for years. And so we spend our time getting qualified prospects to book, not counting and billing your inquiries.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Everything is month to month. We earn your business every 30 days. If we are not delivering, you should be able to walk away, so you can.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep everything. Your domain, your website, your content, and the git history of every version. All of it is yours. We hand off admin access and you can run the site yourself, hire another agency, or move it to another platform. No exit fees. No penalties. No hostage situations.

Are there setup fees?

No. The $1,500 a month covers the initial site build and all ongoing work. Your first month is the same as your fiftieth month.

Do I pay anything before my site is live?

No. We build your new site first, and your compliance reviewer approves it. Your first $1,500 payment happens the day it goes live, not a day before.

What does it cost all-in?

One flat $1,500 a month. No setup fee, no lead fees, no revenue share, and no add-ons for content, reporting, compliance review, or edits.

Do you offer a cheaper package for smaller firms?

No. We do not offer a "lite" tier because the work we do at $1,500 a month is the minimum required to rank an advisory firm in a metro area and keep every page compliant. If you are not yet registered or not yet taking clients, we are probably not the right fit yet, and we will tell you that on the first call.

How does this compare to SmartAsset, Zoe, or WiserAdvisor?

Lead platforms charge per introduction (SmartAsset leads were reported at $90 to $190 each in 2021) or take a share of the revenue for as long as the client stays (Zoe), and the same prospect often talks to other advisors. With us, you pay one flat price, and every inquiry from your own website and Google listing goes only to you. Add up what you paid the platforms last year, divide by the clients you actually signed, and compare that to $18,000.

How does $1,500 compare to what advisor marketing agencies charge?

In an Ahrefs poll of 439 SEO providers, about 31% of those on monthly retainers charge more than $2,000 a month, usually on 6 to 12 month contracts and often without the website build included. Advisor website platforms add a subscription on top, and you usually rent the site. Our price includes everything, is exclusive to your metro, and requires no contract.
